Lebedev's finally gets Jones loss overturned.

    According to his former promoter Vladimir Hryunov, WBA CW champ Denis Lebedev finally had the Jones loss overturned.

    It was a very weird situation, in wich Jones refused his B sample being tested after the A sample coming in positive for furosemide, getting suspended for a short time while Lebedev got reinstated as the WBA champion. But the result somehow remained.

    The the two agreed for a rematch, only to get it cancelled at the last minute (actually an hour before the event should take place) because Jones ws caught on the same stuff again, this time by a Swiss lab that had been agreed on by both parties for neutrality. Jones again got suspended by the WBA.

    Lebedev's record will be corrected to 27-1-0-1NC while Jones' will be to 38-3-2-1NC.

    About friggin time, they should overturn the Huck one aswell. Lebedev is undefeated!

    Lol that's dumb. Jones only used peds because he was fat and lazy with a year lay off. He needed the peds to lose the weight.

    The ass beating he gave Lebedev was perfectly legit. That was a savage, one sided beating. Was pretty nasty.

    Of course I've seen the fight, have you? Not sure why you're asking me this. A shot, 41 year old, fat, inactive Jones came in and absorbed everything Lebedev had to give. Ate them shots like cupcakes.

    He messed that boys eye so bad, I'm surprised it even healed. Was a nasty beating.

    You called it LEGIT and ONESIDED, while it's the most obvious example why duretics have to be banned from boxing, even if it couldn't mask steroids as well.
    He indeed walked trough huge and many shots, losing most rounds clearly but walking Lebedev down. Because he was much, much heavier at fightnight as he normally could have been. You can be a full blown HW, and fight at Cruiser wich in your idea is somehow fair.

    Just giving some friendly advice. I don't know who you are, nor do I care.. but I'm pretty sure you've been inspired by some of my posts in this or another forum. I just don't want you to become another loser roaming this site, although I wouldn't doubt it.

    Jones always had a granite chin.

    He was just a 41 year old fat, inactive and forgotten fighter when he met up with Leb and schooled him.
