"I give Floyd all the credit in the world. He's saying 'We're going to fight for Miguel Cotto's 154-pound title,'"
"He can say, 'Well, if you want to fight me you have to come down to 147-pounds.' He's not doing that. He's being a gentleman about it, saying that he doesn't want to fight a Miguel Cotto that is drained," he added.

"I give Floyd all the credit in the world for doing that."

"(Floyd) is showing that he's a great fighter and he's giving Cotto every single chance to win," Lederman said.
"I was thrilled to death to hear that Mayweather was not making crazy demands on Cotto's weight, which he could have done."

    on ABC/CBS news and bscenes.

    Do you guys agree??!?!?!?

Agree. If he wins it's a genuine 154 belt unlike Pacs which was a farce

Floyd already won a genuine 154lb belt from Oscar.

I agree, while I believe Cotto would have preformed better in a second bout against Pac this fight will define his current abilities....facing the probably p4p number one fighter will give you a clear outlook on where you stand in the rankings.

  12. All Mayweather has said is that it will be for Cotto's 154 lb. title... His team hasn't mentioned anything about what weight the fighters agreed on. Just sayin.

i agree but i dont really like this fight, i havent been that impressed with cotto in a while, i think floyd is gonna take command early discourage cotto and have the fight in the palm of his hand

i am more interested in canelo, yes he is young and not as proven but that would be a good scalp

    he is certainly allowed two

but your statement make it sound like you were unaware that he had already won one...you said "it would be genuine unlike pacs"...when in fact floyd already had a genuine 154 title win.....not trying to start anything.....just sayin
