there has to be uniformity on what is the tie-breaker of a very close or an even round. being the more agressive should be it as the fighter coming forward is putting himself more at risk.

Just watched the fight again. Here's how I scored it:

    Adamek-1,5,11,12

    Cunningham-2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10

116-112 Steve Cunningham. He moved, not ran. Outjabbed him, and landed more clean shots, Adamek landed the harder shots. He waited on Cunningham and you should'nt be rewarded when you're being dictated to. I guess it was closer because of what everybody is saying, but the 115-112 Adamek score cannot be justified in my opinion...

    Exactly so.

I'm 1/2 polish and scored in 7-5 for Cunningham. Of course, I was able to see how so many of Adamek's punches were missing. I'm not so sure that Lederman's eyes work as well as his mouth does.

For me, the problem with claiming Cunningham was "robbed" was that he slowed down in the later rounds and there were several close rounds without any clear winner IMO.

I scored for Cunningham, but I can see how someone might have Adamek winning too.
