Lee Cook (12-1-1) and Ben Murphy (6-2-1) are Fighting for the Southern Area title in a couple of weeks time (22nd of Jan to be exact). Its a good match-up in my opinion, with both of them just outside of the top 10 domestically - a win here could launch one of them into contention for English/British title fights or eliminators. Personally, I see Murphy winning a decision on workrate, but the much taller Cook could box him from the outside and win the decision himself.

Frank put on some dire undercards last year, but this one is looking decent - Olu vs Belshaw, Usman vs Sexton etc. Hopefully Groves, who is on the undercard as well, gets a good opponent!

To me Cookie is weight drained he always looks drawn and pale. He's better then what he shows at times and is a tough lad. He gets drawn into wars to easy for my liking hope he boxes this time and wins on points.
