Wait...Tyson Fury or Mike Tyson?

In either case, no - and probably not even the power of Tyson Marquez.

...still not terribly unskilled for a 19yo HW prospect, however.

    Round 4

Gegeshidze instantly ties up. Low blow by Gegeshidze. Stern warning from Jeff Hinds. Fury is mad. He thumps Gegeshidze with uppercuts to the body and overhands on the neck. Gegeshidze ties up and then pumps both arms straight out while backing up when the clinch is broken. Gegeshidze holds on tight. Left and right hooks by Fury, walking in close and smothering himself a bit, landing on Gegeshidze's jaw and walking through his straight messy flurries. Uppercuts and overhands by Fury. Gegeshidze is rocked. Hinds steps in.

    TKO4!

That was Georgia's 4th best heavy! :respect

(not the state of Georgia in the USA, mind you...which means he would be right up behind Kevin Johnson, Jonathan Hamm, and DJ Hughley...the nation of Georgia, which is only slightly less impressive...)

The guy was in terrible physical condition, yet Hughie couldn't knock him down.

Hughie would lose to decent journeymen like Skelton and McDermott right now. He's a long way from being a bona fide contender.

Hughie needs a slight step up next, guys with beer bellies are no good for learning anything...

If you can beat a monster like Gegeshidze like that, you're ready for a Klitschko right now! :bart

True. It's ridiculous to say he would beat Thompson or that he will school Price at this moment. But he has still plenty of time to improve...

He needs to get in line behind Sasha Petkovic. :bart

If anybody deserves a K2 payday, it's that beast in a Euro blockbuster unification event. :bbb

Either would be a good step up for him right now, better than the out-of-shape guys he's been fighting. Hughie would likely beat them, but there would be some risk of him losing.
