Round 5: More urgency from the champion, who spends most of the round on the front foot and lands a couple of nice lefts to the body. Burnett comes up a bit short on most of his attempts at retaliation this round, though he does land a sweet right at the end of a combo to make the round very close.

I'll call it 10-10.

Round 6: It's Haskins left to the body versus Ryan Burnett's right to the head for the first half, and then Burnett lands a BIG right that stiffens Haskins, who retreats to the ropes. Another right lands, and then a wicked right hook that drops Haskins to a knee! Haskins up at eight, seems to have injured his right arm. But he gamely hangs in and makes it to the end of the round.

Burnett busy, he's getting the better of this. Haskins is trying but not having much success. Has a problem with his right hand, he's looking for a left hand. Lands one to the body, but this is quite one-sided now.

Round 7: Haskins spends the round in retreat while Burnett stalks and connects with the right enough to clearly bag another frame. That said, kudos to the champ for blunting the attack and hanging in there.

Same here. Because of Haskins' awkward style, and his ability to make his fights look messy and his opponents look bad as a result, I thought there would be a lot of close scrappy rounds, with Burnett taking an SD. But so far it appears that Burnett just has Haskins' number.
