He did come in on short notice, but Eubank was defo the bigger man.

A much better fight, and Antin was very game.

    Unlike Eliss.

Seems like Eubank will fight Franck Petitjean, who is a 35 year-old southpaw, for his European Title, in Brighton towards the end of the year. I think Eubank might struggle in that one to be honest.

That match was so dull, I found myself pondering one of the great enduring mysteries of UK boxing. How in the hell can Barry Jones simultaneously, be 49 years old, look 65 years old and sound like a 14 year old?

The TV host had to stop Steve Bunce there, he kept talking. Sad to see Bunce being let go by TNT Sports, he has a great passion for the sport.
I think the main event might be dull but a Mexican is involved so you never know.

Apparently Azeez vs Buatsi is in Brighton so maybe Eubank is on that card.

Yeah, without a doubt, while he can be a bit of a knob sometimes himself and has some bad takes. Bunce is at least, likable and easy to listen to.

I hope so, but Robles seems a bit too chinny for my liking. His KO loss was a bad one.

It was supposed to be in Brighton but will now likely be in London in October. Also that’s a Boxxer show, but I think Eubank will headline a Wasserman show.

Maybe that was something that was being originally planned though between both promoters, not a bad shout at all.

    Did he just say, Ba-Jah?

At this point, shouldn't everyone be aware it's pronounced Ba-Ha?

Good opening from Robles, focussed and very sharp.

    Round 1: Robles 10-9

Both fighters start aggressively exchanging body shots. I saw a thread about who has the best left hook to the body; McGregor has a great one, which he landed at the start of the round following a one-two. I think he knocked Guerfi out with a left hook to the body.

Robles had some success too and I think he hurt McGrgeor at the end of the round as went to hold. Robles probably nicked it for me.

    Round 1 Robles 10-9

Lee already closing the distance well, lans a nice left hook to the body. But Roles clips him with a right hook up top. Lee backs off, look a bit stunned. Roles pressures him to the ropes, unloading a volley of punches. Both standing toe to toe trading, might prove to be a bad strategy from Lee. Lee tightens up his high guard defense a bit. Lee lands a combination to the head and body. Robles seemed more annoyed than anything, fires back with a combo to the head and stuns McGregor. Very close opening round.
