He is that. It's a sensible time to call it a day. He gave it his best shot at 135, came up short, but acquitted himself honorably. Wish him the best in his life beyond prizefighting.
Neither of the Selby brothers lived up to their potential… bit of a shame really because they were genuinely talented both of them , especially the smaller one but I don't think their heart was really in the sport to be honest.. in fact I think the younger one once even said he didn't like boxing … Selby has just been going through the motions in his last few fights mostly, other than giving Kambosos a close one he has looked uninspiring for years now… He's had a solid career but there was definitely more there had he been guided better and had more ambition
