That Selby/Gamboa/Dre Beats thread is classic:lol:

Selby has serious swagger bumping Big L as his ring walk. Talented guy as well, I can see him going far. Great signing.

That 'tache is a detector of weakness.......kinda like a walrus and clamfish.

Scott Harrison as he is now with no chest-rug and goatee explains everything.....

OP said Rees was on the 20th April card, I dont see any reason not to believe him, other than it being a bit soon after his Broner beating

Thats wrong. Selby is fighting April 20th and then on a card in June headlined by Gavin Rees. Source: Eddie Hearn.

Isn't Rees fighting on a June card with Selby?

"Lee Selby will box on April 20th in Blackpool, where he will defence his British and Commonwealth titles before going to a show in Cardiff in June, where we'll do a double header with Gavin Rees," said promoter Eddie Hearn.

I like watching him fight from the couple of fights I've seen, but I was far from sold on him as a top tier prospect. His defence looks non existent and sure he can punch but we're not talking Hamed, Benn etc type power. Granted I've only seen a couple of fights and some highlights on top of that, but he was very easy to hit, got hit a lot due to this and looked a bit wild in his attacks at times too.

But he'll certainly be entertaining and maybe there is more in the bag for when he moves upwards in class of opponent.

No worries :thumbsup, I thought that Rees out in April would be a bit soon after the Broner shellacking
