    If anyone cares, US cruiser Lionell Thompson (best remembered as Sergey Kovalev's hapless victim in the Krusher's sop****re outing with Duva, and follow-up to his rematch with Boone, and the last guy he fought before graduating to "big names" starting with Campillo) made a successful comeback on the non-televised undercard, retiring a 6-6 fighter after the 2nd. Thompson had actually regrouped and gone on a decent little run after the Kovalev loss, with three decent W's on the domestic scene culminating in a wide UD over Ryan Coyne, before dropping an eight-round split decision to undefeated Bosnian prospect Radivoje Kalajdzic.
