On this Saturday in Buenos Aries. Lemos is 25 years old and 27-0. I thought Selby was done after the Kambosos fight but when you watch it back I'd say Lee won that, then when you see what Kambosos has gone on to do maybe there's life left in the old dog yet.

Lemos is going to beat him senseless, I don't think there could be a worse match up stylistically for Lee at this point in his career. Lemos is a big strong tough mother****er who can easily make Welterweight. To give you some perspective, Jeremias Ponce, the kid that destroyed Lewis Ritson, was dropped by and went life and death with Jonathan Jose Eniz, Lemos annihilated Eniz in 3. Lee is ****ed.

ive never seen lemos fight , but the fact selby was a non puncher two weights below means 9/10 hes going to have to win by decision ... to do that in argentina is pretty much impossible , his stable mate gary buckland went to buenos aires for a wbc silver title fight many years ago , the ring collapsed before the fight think it was due on after murray martinez , they should know better lol hope selby pulls a miracle out and gets another shot at kambosis

Don’t fancy Lee, just hope he can give a decent account of himself as he’s a hugely underrated British talent for me.

I think the yank DAZN commentators (think it was Andy Lee and someone else) also had that for Selby - got to say, what fight were people watching? It was a clear, and fairly wide decision for Kambosos.

Lee needs the money. Horrible for Fighters to be in this situation. Old, old story. Hope he comes out OK.

Andrew did a similar thing when he went in with Martinez completely unprepared and despite schooling the guy that flattened Charlie Edwards eventually everything, including the altitude, caught up with him and with it went his career.

Lee better be up for this. And if he is up for it he's still taking a loss here imo.

What a shame Selbys career turned out to be

I thought George edged it at the time, I didn’t think it was ever a 118-110 decision, I had it by two rounds to George then, I may rewatch it.

Its a pity that Selby never really took advantage of the momentum he built in his early career and stopped letting his hands go, and fighting in a fairly safe style, I always thought he was a bit better than his career turned out.

If Lee is on it, and hungry, i wouldn’t be surprised at all if he won this.

You mean, just like how I said...

Cheeseman has no chance against Garcia?
Selby has no chance against Warrington?
Frampton has no chance against Warrington?
Quigg had no chance against Frampton?
Quigg had no chance against Carroll?
Conlan would be KO'd by Wood?
    Garcia would batter Colbert?
    Fernando Martinez would batter Ancajas?
    Magsayo would beat Russell Jr?
That Abduqaxorov would lose to Crowley?
    That Usyk would dominate AJ?
    That Cullen would beat Yildirim?
    That Sadjo would KO Cullen?
    That Straffon would KO Tennyson?
    That Ponce would KO Ritson?
    That Figueroa would KO Nery?
That J-Rock would beat down Hurd?
    That Groves would school Eubank?
    That Saunders would school Eubank?
    That Gvozdyk would KO Stevenson?
That Whyte would be KO'd by Povetkin?

    ...like that?
