analyzing the defensive genius of Nicolino Locche. I can't help to getting mixed feelings reading the comments. The praise for his skills are well deserved but at the same time Mayweather and other slick fighters of today are constantly called runners when wizards of yesteryear like, Pep and Locche are lauded. Very unfair. Did these guys get the same hate for being movers and thinkers in the ring instead of aggressive bangers or was their skills aways admired?

guys who know how to not get hit are the greatest, many variations on how they do it. Pee wee was a bit of a runner, but just masterful, and the running part was not his whole bag of tricks. Maybe not so much a runner actually, a mover would be a better way to put it. Great upper body movement, heat movement, the whole package he was. Never heard a bad word about him too! A class guy
