left right

    when i jab and then throw the right cross i like to throw it at long range can never seem to get my right in ? i put more into my right than my left and i try to throw my right with full extension should i fully extend my left ?should there be a slight dely on throwing my right or as fast as i can after the left

    You shouldn't throw the right until you have established the jab. Or you are countering.

    You might not be square enough. I don't know your stance so I can't help you.

    When you step forward to throw your jab, you have to move both feet. Push off your right foot to step into your jab, then slide your right foot forward. If you don't move your right foot, your right hand will always come up short.
