OMG i hate it everyime i recover from something, something else comes up lol. anyway my left wrist started hurting randomly the other day for no reason after taking a week off from the gym(????) It's clicking everytime i tensed and extended it. it also hurts if i bend it in certain directions or if i throw l hooks to the bag. u guys think i should super wrap my left wrist or wat, stop throwing hard hooks for a while. first my right knuckle, then school, then work, then being sick, now this lol.
Sound like the same problem I have sometimes, if it is then it's a torn ligament. Basically the tissue that holds 2 seperate bones together is torn so when you move your wrist those 2 bones are moving freely when they shouldn't be. Doc said that the only thing you can do is give it time and let it heal, torn ligaments usually take a while to heal. I guess stick with some light shadowboxing, no bag work or sparring
