These two are both in my all-time Top 10 stinky decisions, they're both that bad. I felt embarrassed for the sport. The type of decisions only the likes of TBooze enjoy.

(the wbo is a worthless governing body like all the rest)
what a classic statement, so i guess all these guys through history that have boxed and trained hard all their lives to reach the pinnacle of their sport in your eyes are now worthless world champions.

i tell you what pal, becoming a wbo world champion is a bloody site better achievement than you will ever achieve in your life!!!!

The legacy of Benn and Eubank in Britain is that, they were two of the stars of the last golden era of British Boxing.

I think with hindsight they could of competed really well with anyone from their era, including Jones Jr. At the time I really did think they would not stand a chance against Roy, James or Gerald.

Benn proved me wrong with McClellan, costing me money and looking back neither Jones nor Toney were that good that Benn or Eubank would not of been able to give them hell.

Good point. They have been proven to be elites, and where they did fight other elites they held their own. Apathetic is just being pedantic, and nobody is going to bother engaging him because he can't have a reasoned debate, only childish bickering. Makes the internet gay as owt.

How about when he went to Germany and defeated Graciano Rocchigiani - his finest performance in my opinion. I believe Nunn failed against the same fighter in the same location.

I don't think anyone could argue against the Schommer fight. That's the one really bad one that stands out in my mind.

Ironically he was just about the worst fighter Eubank defended against.

How have they proven it? It's a simple enough question.

A totally shot Michael Nunn. Have you seen the Nunn - Rocchigiani fight? Nunn threw a lot more and landed a lot more throughout most rounds. Unfortunately his "punches" were so soft you simply couldn't count them as scoring shots, it was much like Rees when he fought Kotelnik. And I've already acknowledged that as a good performance, but it's surely a level below the best of the division at the time.

All ordinary fighters for sure, but Schommer actually had a beergut and no real tools at all.He couldn't even punch properly

    he was terrible.
