Hey, how many prime vs prime legendary head to head matches can you think of, in the heavyweight division?

    I can think of

George Foreman vs. Joe Frazier I - One of the greatest boxing matches in history.

Would you count Louis vs. Baer?

    What other ones are there?

Remember, Legendary fighters, heavyweights, and both of them being at their prime

Yes I don't really consider Cooney a legend. Just an ATG

What do the others have to say about Dempsey vs Firpo? I think you might be right with that one!

Marciano Lastarza is pushing it. I will not allow it for Lastarza is not a "legend"! Marciano Moore would have been a better choice

Do you guys give a nod on Louis vs. Baer?

Did Baer seriously train for his fight against Louis?

I have no clue, but now that I think about it, I highly doubt that Baer was in his prime.

Also, do you really think Frazier-Foreman was great or was that a joke?
