    LEN "TIGER" SMITH
    Hi all! Does anybody have any photos, tapes or any info on the Boxer from Birmingham who came to South Africa to defend his title - Len "Tiger" Smith. His boxing career started in 1926 up to about 1937. Any info will be most appreciated.

    I was just reading about Tunney sparring with a 59 year old Corbett and being shocked at how good Corbett was. I have seen a picture of this, taken on a rooftop and Corbett looks likes the bigger man by far and also in good shape.

    No details. But I heard it was when PBF first came into the game. He sparred with Pernell a few times. I heard Pernell say it on ESPN Classic Boxing a few yrs back.
