Is he a black belt in the same way his MMA friend is a black belt! IF that is the case then there has to be questions asked! I've seen him hit the pads and its not great. At the same time I've seen him get in a fight and his punches looked quite good I must say. I was quite suprised.
I don't know..I'd fight him...having said that he did train at a gracie school. I looked up spencer pratt and bjj on youtube and I got that matbattle video...so I just had to share...
His hands are not that good..and all his tv fights he punches..so I think I'd beat him...only way his bjj would come in is if I was dumb enough to grab him.
Hmmm.. I didnt know who Spencer Pratt was... And now that i do, the video is way funnier... Research him a lil if you don't know him, he's a character, to say the least!
Yea I looked him up more...he was a legit purple belt under Ricksan Gracie...then another student broke off and PROMOTED HIMSELF to black belt...he then also promoted Pratt...they where then both kicked out. That bit of video in the jungle is from "I'm a celebrity ger me outta here" the black guy he says that to, the whole "I box every day...I'm a black belt in bjj...I don't fear no man" is John Salley, ex NBA player...after that point salley did a "I'm gonna kick your ass" head fake/faint...and Pratt ran off into the jungle....he quit the show that very day. Which makes the gay Pratt video all the more funny, I suspect the gay dudes who put it together are in on the joke...they had to have seen the next 2 minutes from "I'm a celebrity..."
