Ok, here is my routine. "prison burpees" with a 20 lb vest Hard days: Deck of cards Light days:sets of 5 until near fatigue
Powerjacks, squat, jump as high as you can, do a jumpingjack, 4 sets of 15-25..(Or whatever suitable..) These will get your legs burning.
jumping rope is actually VERY good. try doing it for 10-15 minutes and let me know if u make it and how u feel
Jogging for endurance Sprints for repeated bursts of energy and quick recovery Squats and other lifts to improve strength And don't forget stretching (which helps improve speed, agility and power)
