Warrington a lot tighter and disciplined.

It's not all one way yet but hard to stop Warrington when he gets momentum.

Wood does not look like a world champion in there, he should be using his ring IQ to box him but he's staying in range and getting caught way too easily.

    Warrington:3,4,5,
    Wood:1,2,

Warrington feinting off the ropes, Wood feints with the right hand, and some of the sting is out of this fight. Warrington lands two good jabs to take a lead in the round going into the final minute - Wood did better this round, possibly Warrington was having a wee rest after the third and fourth though - and he still won that round.

    Round 1 Warrington 10-9
    Round 2 Wood 10-9
    Round 3 Warrington 10-9
    Round 4 Warrington 10-9
    Round 5 Warrington 10-9

The ref ruled the cut was from a punch. Wood pressing the action, in the orthodox stance. Josh lunging in and landing counter hooks. Wood landing rights, but mostly to the high guard. They hold. Double jab and a heavy right from Josh rocks him. Josh leaps in, misses a left hook. Leigh throwing rights, missing, getting countered off the back foot. Josh tying him up, working the body. Hard right from Josh, Wood buckled again.

Tbf that first round probably merited it.

4 - 1 Warrington. Warrington may get the stoppage if he keeps this up

    Round 1 - 10-9 Warrington Close
    Round 2 - 10-9 Wood
    Round 3 - 10-9 Warrington
    Round 4 - 10-9 Warrington
    Round 5 - 10-9 Warrington

    Warrington 49-46

I'm not sure Wood has landed a significant punch all night.

Leigh is getting beat up on the back foot and front foot, what can he do? He’s outmatched.
