The scorecards were irrelevant because we suspected beforehand that however it played out this won’t go the distance . By the 2nd round it wa s clear it won’t go the distance and I knew it would end inside 8 rounds.

Like I said Wood was winning on points but was losing the war. I see what I saw which is why I called it. I even wrote that Woods is boxing well but Lara is getting to him and having an effect. Frankly I am surprised you seem shocked by the outcome because it became predictable to me.

Well if you read my comments I had not . I gave Wood rounds 1 and 3, Lara 3 and 4 then stopped recording my scores because I knew the knockout was coming. Read my comments in this thread. Most don’t understand boxing like I do.

I respectfully disagree as Wood was making a lot of defensive mistakes putting himself in positions for Lara to get to him.

I agree. Freddie Roach was damning saying that Fury should have stopped Wilder in the first fight because Fury was the better puncher which I agreed with and with the change in trainer going to the Kronk you saw what happened in the rematch.
