Don't know why people are mocking it, Cully's style is both eye pleasing and effective. He may have defensive lapses like most fighters but he can punch and moves nicely. Along with his freaky physical dimensions he could be a top contender at the very least.

Really liked the way cully set traps and was very accurate. Seemed like a feather fist but had sneaky power

Kid moves well has good reflexes

 

Cully looks like a fresh addition to the division! Seems like a good guy and he clearly has the skills.
