Conlan boxing beautifully here. He lands a good right hook and Wood loses his balance. Blood is leaking out of the nose if the Nottingham fighter, who lands a good body shot as he backs Conlan up to the ropes towards the end of the round.

Still not enough to win the round though.

Wood starts the round much better and has the best round of his so far. Conlan looks like he has three a little bit already. With his style, this is expected and I think he’ll struggle in the second half of the fight.

Wood is by no means out of it and I wouldn’t be surprised if he knocks Conlan down as the fight draws towards a close.

Conlan gets through with the straight left too easily, but Wood also has some success. With about a minute left of the round, both fighters exchange to the body and Conlan landed a great hook to the body which caused Wood’s legs to buckle.
