There's only one way to find out.

But the fact is that Cotto doesn't have the accuracy of Golovkin, nor that kind of reach or jab, he keeps his distance since he's with Roach but he eventually needs to get close to land which is all DL needs. Cotto is simply to small to perform well at 160.

That said, Cotto might still win, but it will certainly not be as easy as you suggested.

Willing to put money up if this fight happens? I'd favor it 90/10 to Cotto. I'll give you 2x odds. I'll bet a 20 for a 10. Just a friendly bet :good.

Yeah sure, why not? As long as it's at 160, I'm fine picking DL.

DL would come in at 175 on fight night and bludgeon Miguella into oblivion.
Cotto doesn't fight at 160 anyways

I take that bet. However the fight would have to happen at the middleweight limit, not some catch weight.

And we know that wouldn't happen, Cotto never fought anyone at the middleweight limit. :deal

Cotto would probably beat the zombie versions of Lemieux and Quillin like he did with Geale, you're right.

160 or whatever weight I'll bet you. Lemieux isn't really a huge 160, he looked TINY against GGG, so if he fights at a CW it really isn't that big of a deal.

He had to take off his underpants to make 160 and he was heavier than Golovkin during the fight night. A cw around 156-157 would definetly be a big deal.
