Lemieux fought at SMW before and weighed in above 160 multiple times. By you dumb logic, LWW Postol is bigger than Tyson and Tua because he's taller. And saying Cotto beats weight drained Quillin and Lemieux is far from not giving him any credit. I'd give Cotto a better chance against GGG than Canelo and Lara.

No, Postol has a small frame. Lemieux's frame isn't that big, GGG's frame LOOKED FAR bigger than him. You look at frame/height to determine someone's ideal weight class. C'mon man, this is basic stuff.

When Canelo fights GGG for the WBC belt next year a Cotto / Lemieux could be a nice one for the undercard, even when both come in with a loss, o to favour Cotto it should be at 152 Pounds :deal

because he doesn't fight at 156-157... he fights at 160. lemieux would bludgeon cotto this thread is stupid..if there were levels to this, cotto wouldn't have gotten his ass handed to him by trout lol

It doesn't matter if the fight is at 168, Cotto is FAR too skilled and hits hard enough to destroy Cotto. Lemieux is too sloppy and wide.

Looking at them when the were facing off standing sideways to the camera I sure thought DL's upper body was bigger/thicker than Golovkin's.

    At 160? No.

Lemieux would bludgeon cotto into submission, he'd walk through everything cotto has and eventually prove to be too big and too strong.

GGG's frame is FAR wider though. It really looked like a SMW vs a LMW in the ring.

How did you get that from my post?

he's far better skill wise than lemieux, that's obvious. Lemieux just wouldn't be bothered by cottos shots and would back him up, I just can't imagine cotto being able to take the punishment for 12 rounds, lemieux is too big and hits too hard.
