Not since tyson has there been a fighter with such raw aggression in the ring. This man does not throw jabs, every punch is thrown to take your head off. GGG should be cautious if they ever fight, anyone can get knocked out...

    Relax.
DL definitely throws venom with his punches, but he's seriously flawed and easy to hit. GGG would brutalize him.

More like Liemieux = Gerry ****ey 2.0

Tyson had devastating punching power, but he also had excellent stamina, an iron jaw, and among the fastest hands in boxing during his prime (pre prison Tyson also had laser sharp accuracy and reflexes that was unfortunately missing post prison).

These are traits that David Lemieux has NONE of, other than power. Not even their handspeeds can be considered comparable. It's a disservice to compare a guy like Lemieux to Iron Mike.

Gerry ****ey had immense punching power and similarly quick aggression like Lemieux, but he had his short comings just like Lemieux.

 he has so much power that he couldn't knock out alcine and then ended up losing.the same alcine who macklin knocked out in round 1.david does not belong in the same ring with ggg it would get ugly for him.

tyson was a rediculously aggressive offencive fighter that cus moulded into a defensive masterpiece...as cus was a trainer specialized in the defensive art and peekaboo style...

lemieux has a goos aggressive offence just like tyson, but lacks in defensive skill...gets hit too often....and throws ZERO combinations...

lemieux is a really good powerful fighter....but if he wants to be a great fighter, he needs a good trainer specialized in defence....like cus/rooney

I agree Lemieux needs to learn some defense, turn the switch on and off. He had to learn to pace himself after his loss to Veneno Rubio. It won't be long till he hits the brick wall again, thinking he can break it down, he'll need that defense cuz not all his opponents are going to lie down for him or be trigger shy.

But Tyson did throw jabs, and actually had an excellent one at times.

In the OP's favor, their style look like the same. Tyson mastered it better though.
