yeyo! Where you been (what alt you been posting under)? Just in time for a GGG weekend, I see! :grouphug
I agree it isn't a PPV event, but Lemieux is IBF beltholder and a worthy opponent. It's not GGG's fault that Lemieux isn't the second coming of Marvin Hagler. This will be a good, fan friendly fight. I realize it's a lose-lose situation for GGG but still a good bout.
In a perfect world pay-per-view would be reserved for only mega-fights, right? In that world this is definitely not a pay-per-view fight. In the real world doll, Bernard Hopkins versus Chad Dawson was a pay-per-view. So was Mayweather versus Berto, washed up Tito vs Winky, ect.
Dawson-Hopkins was more worthy of PPV than GGG-Lemieux.:deal Both were proven fighters and both were more accomplished than either GGG or Lemieux and Hopkins was linear at 175. I agree that PBF-Berto shouldn't have been on PPV I wanted it to be on CBS. Tito-Winky should have been PPV as well Tito was supposed to beat Winky and was the favorite he was also a cash cow and just beat Mayorga Winky had big wins over Mosley.
