I'm sure the Klitschko brothers rank highly in the 'Blue Oyster Bar Hall of Fame'.

Im sure Wlad could take a shot like this and still come on stronger. And considering he leads off with the clinch from the opening bell, he'd be eating them early and often.

Vitlai retired Lewis. Lewis said he's give a re-match. He has a 18 million dollar pay day lined up. And he balked because he knew he would get his @ss kicked

Post 2003, Wlad would have beaten Lewis too.

The late Manny Steward who trained both fighters said Wlad was the better. His words carry weight.

Wlad 1-0 vs Rhaman. Lewis 1-1 vs RHansman

So much failure in one post.

But you're right I hear Lewis stated after the fight that he'd never dare set foot n a ring again, so disgusted was he with the state of Vitalis face.
He apparently was fearful for the damage he may do to him if he actually trained hard.

    Lennox....what a humanitarian.

Vitali gets to go down in history as a fighter whose crowning glory was losing a fight to an old, heavy champ.

The thing is he promised a rematch, made Vitali fight his mandarory and then said he has to retire because his mom made him.

Its okay, doesn't surprise me, all Brits are cowards and liars, look at Haye and Tyson.

Lewis would get his "ass kicked"
Would Vitali not get his face mashed into a pulp again during the rematch?
The first fight he did. Why not in the rematch?
You Klitards seem to think Vitali would just destroy Lewis in a rematch. If my memory serves me correct. Lewis destored Vitali's face, there's no reason whatsoever why he wouldn't repeat the process in this hypothetical rematch.

As for 2003 Wlad, he got knocked the hell out by Sanders this year.
I'd have night-screams after witnessing what Lewis would do to him.
It was Lewis' advice to Sanders what brought about the KO wasn't it?
Just imagine Lewis doing that himself.
    *Cold shiver runs down spine*

Manny never said Wlad was better.
He said he hit harder. Huge difference.

    You brought up Rahmen?
Lewis has 2 flash knock-out loses on his record and avenged both.
Wlad has 3 BEATINGS on his record and got his older brother to avenge his.

Lenny holding on for dear life from one of the only hard non arm punches Vitali threw in the entire fight. If Vitali had let the bombs fly early, he would've Rahman'd Lewis. Even the HBO panelists were saying Lewis would go down from one hard shot.

If Wlad landed that punch, it wouldv'e been the "thunder in Africa" all over again.

Story of his career. There are no 'ifs' or 'buts' about the fact that Lewis would put Wlad to sleep with an inside uppercut.

Wlad got dropped by glancing shots from Sanders and was wobbling around the ring like a newborn giraffe for the rest of the fight. Lennox's right hand would lobotomize the poor guy.

At least he's shown the ability to get up from a knockdown. Lewis never has. Every time Lewis was downed he was counted out.

Too many "ifs" & "wouldv'e" in this statement.
    History books don't lie.
Neither does Vitali's gruesome face after the final bell.
You know, those giant holes in his face when Lewis DID connect.

No "ifs" and "wouldv'e" in Lewis' victory.

Using your flawed logic, "Foreman wouldv'e beat Ali if he connected cleanly"

Guess what, he never did, ali turned the tables and knocked his ass out.
Lewis did the same to Vitali.
    He TKOed him instead.
    The DR saved Vitali's career.

He got up from the McCall knock down even though he was staggering around like a drunk, and Wlad wouldn't have gotten up from the punch that Rahman hit him with either, that shot was picture perfect.
