You've said yourself that this board is full of **** advice. You're going to sit here and say that eating a health diet is stupid? I wasn't saying that protein causes magical weight gain (you know that). I was making the point that there are a lot of young guys on here that think they have it all figured out but in fact don't know the first thing about nutrition and what to eat to have the most energy and perform their best. It's all about supplements and energy drinks on here.

the velocity diet looks like one of the most unhealthy diets i have ever in my life seen it is pure garbage, in the space of a month you eat on 4 occasions and this is just oatmeal with berries, if anyone tries this they must be stupid because they are seriously putting themselves at risk.

Everybody should stop worrying so much about protein, you only need so much protein, there is such a thing as protein poisoning you know, too much protein isn't going to going to do anything for you apart from put stress on your kidneys, the amino acids in foods are more important than the protein. Vegetables should be the main food for anybody serious about their health and fitness, low in calories and high in all the things your body needs.

A stupid lemonade diet would mess with your metabolism, sounds stupid. to start with you should have a balanced diet and if you have to trim down quickly find a more mainstream diet.

As an athlete, you need a balanced diet to perform well. Omitting either protein or carbs would leave you exhausted. If weight loss is what you are looking for, then take out the carbs. But it will only work for a limited amount of time. You lose a lot of weight from the protein diet until your body coul not take it anymore and it would simply stop losing weight.

Are you serious or just trolling? It's best to have Carbs but protein and fat give you energy aswell.

It is extremely difficult to get too much water because your body gets rid of it quite easily, with protein it is not so easy and people, even non-athletes, get too much protein which can cause a wide range of health problems.

Eat your vegetables you dumb**** and stop eating meat three times a day. Consider yourself educated now dumb troll.
