Easy, Lennox. Though I see why you made the comparison.

Mason was what 35-0 with what, an aprox 90% KO rate? Plus He was a world rated HW. Lewis boxed beautifully with the jab in that fight, proved a lot of doubters at the time wrong.

This was a good learning fight for Joshua and is what he needs. He will have learned more about himself as a fighter. The lad is honest with himself so he won't get carried away.

Not even close. Lewis was a natural fluid fighter early on, taking on and beating a tested Mason tells you really. I'm not even a massive fan of his but I remember watching his early fights and he already had a bit of an aura, like he was going on to great things, he never really looked that vulnerable. Joshua is already looking vulnerable so doesnt give me that feeling, similar to Bruno I guess, I think his weaknesses will be exploited but at the same time he will make an impact. I cant remember that early fight Bruno had when he was out on his feet at the end of a round against some journeyman, but alarm bells were ringing despite his power and physique. Saying that if Joshua even manages to achieve what Bruno did he will have done well.

wilders 15th fight was against a man abron coming off 5 straight losses and weighed in at 175 in his previous fight before wilder /he was so fat his shorts would not fit
suprislingly his knees could not take the blubber he was carrying and as gravity sank him into the canvas wilder landed and that was that.

it has been matches like this that wilder 20 fights later is still considered a work in progress rather than the finished article that he should be by now.

Joshua did well last night I think he is more Bruno than lewis. Will be very exciting watching his career development.

The man with a name that describes an elephant sized ejaculathon
    'Jumbo Cummins'.

He caught Bruno with a huge roundhouse right hand on the bell and Frank just stood there freeze framed for about 5 seconds before his cornermen lead him to his stool. That shot from Cummins would have felled an Oak tree but Bruno recovered and knocked Jumbo out.

Cant really see you point, mate! Joshua is still a work in progress. He has fought quite a few good names in his first 15 pro fights.Yes,he didnt look less than stellar against that limited guy Whyte but he is still very young and there is no need to rush him into big fights.
Whom did so called all times greats like HOlmes or HOllyfield fight in their 15th pro fight.
Pah! Joshua got the job done.Sure,it wasnt very impressive and neither did he make a big statement.
Nevertheless, the potential is there and we will see which way the cat jumps within his next 4-5 fights.
Besides Joshua has probably fought better opposition than Wilder(except for Stiverne),a reigning paper champ from the USA.

The next Bruno might be enough to win a world title. It's not like there are Lewis, Tyson Holyfield and the klitschko' are around. Wilder, povetkin, fury, Parker and Joshua will be good fights between them all

oh yeah Jumbo Cummins thats the one

maybe I didnt give Bruno enough credit for taking the shot and coming back to win. years since i seen it, I just remeber at the time thinking if that was a minute earlier he would have been out against this guy. saw a clip in a documentary but didnt show much else.

on another note I liked the way AJ was talking in the post fight press conference, he knows he has stuff to address and is definitely not over rating himself despite the hype. he is a smart man which bodes well
