"At this point, Vitali is untouchable and I can not see anyone who would be able to [beat him]. This point was proven especially in the last fight with Adamek, where he beat him with his great combinations. Vitali gained some experience and now he's a better boxer than he was a few years earlier"

    Debatable

10 years ago no one bar Lennox could beat him

Lennx hit him with one of the most devastating shots since Suzia Q - and Vitali never even flinched :scaredas: :deal

Vitalis lost a few steps though, and id pick boring Wlad over him these days - UNLESS he rushed himfrom the opening bell

It'd be a nice gesture if this Lewis bloke would finally come forward and admit he chose to retire prematurely rather than face Vitali again.

Me too. Wlad can´t compete in a war and Vitaly would make it one, that´s for sure.

Vitali is a great boxer and I agree with Lewis that he's become a better boxer then he was a few years ago. But he's not prime physical, he's doesn't punch as hard, slower, and get hit more. But still he's great and think the last fights shows more of the boxer in vitali, since don't hit as hard as before, he just dominating his oppenents and slowly beating them mentally and physical to a painfully stoppage.
Look at this video have great he is reading punches/reflexes and counter

Didn't Lennox just told Haye he should go after Vitali because he would have a chance?:huh
Or LL is just getting even with David for letting him wait in the cold and rain for 45 minutes back in Germany and wants to see Haye KO'd :yep

Before Vitali had his retirement, he was going for the KO in every fight, no doubt and it showed also on his record, only timo hoffman made the full 12 rounds. And that was Vitali's first fight after a layoff because of surgery on his shoulder after he tore his rotator cuff early in the byrd fight. After he came back from retirement he's been more of a boxer and isnt as eager to get the KO. In the adamek fight I knew after the first round that Vitali could Knock ademek out in which round he choose. And in the secon when he rocked adamek badly and adamek fell to the ropes, you could see vitali wouldnt Knock ademek out so early.
Vitali wants to box and show he's skills. I think after the retirement Vitali is not traing so hard for power because of risks to injury, and more just boxing technical and stamina

Hollow victory that left a lucky Lewis scared and sent into premature retirement. :?
