There is no use arguing with this FelixTrinidad guy because he actually believes that Lewis was drugged in his losses and the ref was corrupt.

H2H is a paradox. Lewis, Wlad, Vitali etc would not be as good if they had lived in an earlier time, due to a few main reasons: Nutrition, scientific training methods, etc. If they had been born in the 30's, 40's, 50's etc they wouldn't have been as big and/or strong. Ali in 1964 was the tallest opponent Liston had faced: Liston himself was about 6'1 and was considered huge.

Also, they grew up studying the old fighters, watching tapes, learning from them, being inspired by them.

People take the Dempsey from the 1920's or the Louis from the 1940's and put them in with Lewis etc in the 1990's/2000's, its ridiculous because if Dempsey, Louis and co. were around in modern times, they would most likely be stronger, better trained etc. The sport, like all sports, has evolved. Why not put the modern fighters back in an old context? In 15+ rounders? That's why, while fun to talk about or whatever, little or no relevance should be placed on H2H when judging ATGness.
