He's on BBC Five Live Radio saying it's a load of nonsense, "I don't think there is any offer that would get me back in the ring."

For ****'s sakes, he's just having a laugh.

Lennox Lewis is rich as hell. Rich as hell. While he was in a string of multi-million dollar fights over the span of a decade or so, he damn sure wasn't fathering 30 kids or giving $150,000 cars to worthless leechers or smoking crack.

He is way out of fighting condition, because now that he's a rich and famous ex-heavyweight great who has a reputation of being soft-spoken and dignified, he has spent the last few years doing whatever the **** he wants. And a lot of that involves things he could never do his whole life, like eat as much as he wants and smoke weed and not get up at 5am for roadwork.

So he's not in anywhere near fighting condition, and in his mid-40s, he's not gonna be able to get back to the condition he is used to fighting with.

Why would he need to come back? He doesn't need money. He doesn't need to prove himself. He already beat Vitali. Look it up. The heir apparent got his shot, put on a very good performance, and the old champion turned him away. Lewis laughs when he thinks about how he stopped Klitschko. There's nothing there that will eat away at him.

He's never coming back, and rightly so. This has been obvious for years.

Lewis has already said he would rematch Vitali and he failed to deliver. He said he would about 4 seconds after the first fight ended. He has proved himself a liar. How can we believe anything he says?

Whine all you want but I said nothing that wasent fact.

You assume I'm a klitschko nuthugger? Havent been here long have ya?

This thread is about Lewis saying he will fight Vitali, -again- not who got what chance and who beat who.

I say he's a lying SoB. I have evidence to prove this, got anything to come back with other than crying?

Well if its the same interview I just watched tonight before the Hatton fight, you got it wrong. They asked him about the rumours and he said that he thinks they should fight each other first - the brothers. I did not hear him say he would come back, he only said they should fight each other.

Lewis has nothing to prove to anyone

    ANYONE!

He took on Vitali whilst in poor condition and havig trained to fight a completely different fighter and still shredded him and finished the fight early!

Lewis makes a good point when he says Vitali needs to move on and create his own legacy!

You say that Lewis offered a rematch about four seconds after the first fight ended, are you Vitali or the referee?

You say you have proof that Lewis is a liar in respect of the Lewis/VK rematch, well show us your proof.

Klitchko lovers and bitter yanks need to get over the fact that the best heavyweight champion since Ali was British.

    Move on FFS

lets not pretend that vitali was training for lewis the whole time eather though... they both had the same amount of time to prepare for eachother.

But anyways... yes i would have loved to see an instant rematch, thing is... Lewis didnt want it. That fight will ALWAYS be viewed with context.. and Vitali will be the guy that gave lewis one of his toughest fights ever, but i agree... its the past now, all he can say is look at the fight, i was winning, and would beat him in a rematch, and move on.

Lewis earned his retirement... and now its near pointless to want him to come back.

    It was a joke.

He said they needed to fight each other, then he would consider it. But it was obiously a joke. He said it right after saying the only "comebacks" in his like right now are when he's play-fighting with his son. :yep

    can you blame him?

It must get bored saying the same thing everyday "I'm not coming out of retirement"

He needs a bit of variety as to how he answers the questions regarding his comeback
