They must've been some seriously nasty laces to leave half of his face wide open.

how can you make this sort of prediction when the guy hasn't set foot in a ring for four years and gets injured on a regular basis in camp?

Williams is more athletic and has more skill and the fight result will look the same. Peter is going to get beat to a pulp just like Williams did. :smoke

Doesn't it suck when you have to use wordplay in order to make that win seem like it means something? Too bad us people with eyes saw Vitali kicking Lewis' ass all over the place, and Lewis being lucky enough to just miss a punch, and have the edge of his glove graze Vitali's eyebrow. Lewis cutting Vitali with a grazing punch in the midst of getting his ass kicked doesn't make him the better fighter... sorry.

Actually that is the advice Lennox gave Williams to try and win the fight on cuts

    How pathetic is that?

It was in a M a x Boxing article leading up to the fight.

Toney beat Peter the first time and got robbed period. Yes, Peter came back the second time and looked impressive, but was fighting a blown up MW. I then said he will use his new found skills to beat McCline??? Advice from LL, will he understand him? He is not going to beat Vitali. It will end in the middle rounds and then Vitali will get hurt and hold on to the belt for another two years. Again, Vitali is much better than his brother. The inactivity will possibly hurt, but then once he gets into his grove, it will be a wrap.

    no.

being a three time HW champion of the world, clearing out the division and dominating it for a long period makes him the vastly superior fighter.

    vitali's career pales in comparison.

accept it, your boy couldn't beat a 37 year old who'd been inactive and was at a career high weight.

    Lewis TKO6. :yep

What makes him a better fighter, is he has the more impressive resume by a country mile, and hasn't been KTFO by the gym several hundred times.

You are right, but a win is a win. I'm sure LL did not intentionally cut him. I would listen to everyone's advice and use what will work for me. Then again, do yo know how furious trainers get when someone messes with their fighters (advice or any other talking). Real Furious.

You comparing the 2 Peter/Toney fights to a fight with Vitali is laughable. Vitali has 10 inches and god knows how much reach on Toney.

Peter has no skill and the only rounds he won against Wlad was when there was a knockdown he lost the other 9 rounds.

Who has outboxed Vitali Klitschko? Lennox? Nope. Johnson? Nope Sanders? Nope Williams? Nope

James Toney is a fat slug at Heavyweight who did not accomplish anything at Heavyweight and those are Peter's best win(s) (many feel he lost the first fight)

Peter is a slow, flat footed target that Vitali will jab to death and then KO.

I dont know Rico, no Heavyweight other than Peter was able to not only floor and hurt him, but also beat him. The other 3 former champions(Rahman, Ruiz, and Holyfield) couldnt beat Toney. I know you hate Peter, but give him credit for making Wlad fight life and death to win by 3 points at the end, which was agianst a 25 yearold, very green and raw Sam Peter. 30-1, ranked number 2 Heavyweight, WBC champ, yeah, he really sucks Rico let me tell you.
