It's called a sustained jab, something Lewis used for many years to cut open his oppenents faces, Vitali, Tyson, and others. Wlad did land the right as well, but he did clinch and run alot in that fight, but who can blame him Widdow, he was facing one of the most dangerous punchers the division has seen since Tyson.:yep

i dont know if id got that far. Lewis was a master technician who could box and slug. He thought and analyzed in the ring extremely well. Peter wins more with his will and heart. Peter fights far more on instinct. His style is more, take a punch to give a punch. He really knows how to fight one way. It's an exciting style but it doesnt make for very long careers.

...and what's lewis gonna say: outjab him or try to cut him with the lace of his glove :yep

When you are that much better than the fighter you are facing, you can.

    :good

Bigcat knows what he's talking about, he seen guys like Peter and Chagaev train personally as well as other less known fighters, the articles he writes are also very good and well thought out.

All well and good, but when I read that Peter and Lennox are two apples from the well schooled tree I have to laugh

I'm sure he was joking, must be.

I also laugh at the "dangerous" puncher comment the only fighters he has KOed have Glass Jaws. He has only KOed what 2 of his last 6 opponents?

    That is not so dangerous.

I cant fully agree with Bigcats statement either, but he does have inside access to training camps and other facilities we dont. He told me a couple stories regarding Peter and Chagaev, he said Peter was the better fighter and would win in a match if the two ever fought. Lewis' technique was far better than Peter's, but there power is probably comparable to some extent.

Comparing the styles and attributes of Lennox to Peter is like comparing a surgeon to a butcher

I think Vitali should have enough to pull this one out...but remember Lennox can say all he wants Peter is doing the fighting ,and he's no Lennox.....

All this said, I still don't know whether I like Samuel. Sometimes I just feel like tearing into him because his rabbit punching is annoying as ****, but he's also comical to watch.

    And his interviews :yep

I can imagine Lewis watching ringside, and being somewhat embarrassed at his advice being linked to Peter being beaten like Danny Williams was.

:good The beating is coming. Its just a matter of how much of it Peter can take.......or how much the ref will allow him to take.

I would value his opinion over 90% of the posters here, he is a very knowledgable guy when it comes to seeing what they do in there camps or in training.

If Sam can outlast Vitali, then I'm on the Peter bandwagon. He's tailor made, you will see it as soon as the 2nd round.
I don't see Vitali getting hit by this guy.

Which guy is the one getting his ass kicked again?????

Lewis must have some ****ing enormous laces on those gloves if it was only one cut caused by grazing an eyebrow.
