    Heh.

I remember when this got brought up a couple years back and he was on a chatshow saying "Oh yeah, I'll come back...for $50m."

He's basically just pricing himself well out of the market every time. No-one would ever dream of throwing that kind of cash at him, and I don't imagine he actually expects anyone to either.

This way, he gets to have his fun with all this "ooooh, maybe I'll be back!" stuff without actually doing it.

where can any body pay 100 mill for 1 fighter then pay another fighter then all the sanctioniny fees then evreything else, even if lennox appeard on a undercard of mayweather, calzaghe , hatton , oscar , and they all didnt get paid there would still not generate enough money for lewis!

I wonder if Don King is on the phone, calling other investors........

I think now that they know he'll at least entertain the idea of a comeback fight, they may offer him more than the 40 million he's already refused.

Lennox is one smart dude. He knows klitzs will bleat about losing"when he was winning", until the cows come home,Lennox is having some fun with the klutz.
lennox has nothing to prove to nobody.

    True.

Vitali was cut due to Lennox landing to the head, so it was a legit win.

But Lewis was lucky that Vitali was cut so easily (as he was cut in about three places, so his skin is pretty prone to tearing, as he was never hurt, only cut), and the skin being somewhat tear prone afforded Lewis a lucky win.....cause Vitali was unhurt, and was certianly holding his own, and giving an exhausted Lewis all he could handle, and the fight could have went either way, in my opinion.

Lewis coming back would be really pushing his luck. Not only is Lewis now 43, the recent comeback of Vitali showed he is looking as good and sharp as ever in the ring.

Bad move for Lewis's legacy, but great move for his wallet, if he can make $50 mill, or whatever will be his number. I venture to say that if he did come back, and it'd be for far less that the comical $100. I bet they'll start offering him a bit more than what they have to see where his breaking point is.
