Lennox stands more of a chance than some of the top 10 contenders IMO. I would be tempted to pick him over Haye or Fury to beat Wlad.

If the russians are prepared to pay him $100million then its on, maybe he can do a 2 fight deal & defend his belts against Vitali should he beat Wlad in the rematch of the century.
Where would this fight take place though, Moscow? London? Vegas?

I imagine this whole thing played out a bit like the time I convinced my girlfriend to lick my ass. You know, jokingly say, "I'll buy you those earrings the day you agree to lick my ass" until one day she says she'll do it.

    Not joking anymore!

Lewis has been joking about coming back for an obscene amount of money for several years, all the while being clear that he wasn't serious. But if some crazy Russian billionaire thinks he means it and actually raises $100m...you think Lewis will turn it down?

The hilarious (and depressing) thing would be if Lewis not only took the fight, but he somehow managed to KO Wlad. I'm not sure I would be entirely happy about that, as it means the last decade of heavyweight boxing was essentially a sham.

Lewis would get wobbled with a jab at this point. he would look 60 in the ring. he looked like crap at age 37.

The fight isn't worth a quarter of that.

Wlad just got 17 and has been the champion for nearly a decade. If he got offered 50 million this weekend like it says he should take it.

Lewis should fight Fury as a warm-up then Klitschko, but I can see that backfiring in a number of ways, most noticeably Fury could beat him at this point.

This has got to be a "joke" that was taken seriously and put out to the public.

I still want to see Foreman vs Holmes though :bbb :!:

Yeah, exactly. This fight - as absurd as it is - would be HUGE. And the outcome quite predictable.

$100M in today's currency is worth about $10M dollars in Ali era money.
Klitscho is so boring and Klitscho fans are so dense the Russian fan base would pay over $100M, easy.
Like Calzaghe- Hopkins, this is the only point in time where Klitscho can actually defeat a real boxer like Lewis; When he has become old and soft.

he'll never get that. Probably wants em to meet him in the middle. I honestly think for 50 million it'd be worth it though.
