Please don't speak for every british fan.

I'm a brit and think prime Tyson & Holyfield would have wiped the floor with him.

I see the only think hurting him is that the general public did'nt watch much of him because he was so boring(other than tyson and holyfield fights who both were 5 years past there prime). I beleive to be an all time great you need to be known and appreciated by more than just boxing fans. Its sad but delahoya will probally be thought of as an all time great because of his fan base whick is total bull ****

I think Lewis will be more appreciated. People will take the time to look at his resume and accomplishments, putting the 2 KO losses aside and not dropping him 10+ spots because of them. With everything factored in, I think he's a top 3-5 heavyweight.

I agree he's a top 5, his resume and accomplishments+general H2H ability cements him as such. People will compare to some more 'overrated' resume's(not bashing ATG's here...)and see that Lewis did some very nice cleaning in decisive fashion.

One of the most skilled HW's ever.

Where do you rank Tyson all in all? And where do you rank Larry Holmes and Jack Dempsey for good measure?

    Tyson: 1 or 2 H2H, 7 or 8 on accomplishments
    Holmes: 3 H2H, 4 on accomplishments
    Dempsey: 300 H2H, 11 or 12 on accomplishments

    :yep

I put Tyson at #8, Holmes at #3 and Lewis at #4 respectively in the all around HW ATG list.

Dempsey at #15 and only on historical significance and accomplishments in his era. Not a call on old time resume's, it's just that his is marginal and only impressive on how he destroyed several top fighters. Too bad for the racism, I think Harry Wills would have beaten him personally.

Tyson can't make all time list, he got beat to esily by the real all time greats he fought, he destroyed many bums but that is it.
