    Well deserved.

    I'm surprised they're still inducting 3 old-timers a year. Seems overkill.

    another year goes by and still theres no Loyd Marshall and Holman Williams in there,both deserve way more than Canizales.

    i would rather induct Danny Lopez or even Benn than Canizales.

    BTW Larry Merchant will also be inducted this year.well deserved.

    He did knock down Holyfield. Lewis never did and Holy's chin is much stronger.

    He deserves induction, but he's not top five. Borderline top ten at best. Not facing the other great fighters of his era when they were at their best, and getting taken out early twice by second-raters are major black marks.

    I agree with you that Willimas and Marshall are locks but Canizales is a cracking and underated fighter.
