Lennox is definitely in my top ten of all time heavies. Anywhere between 7 - 10th. Good power, and speed for such a big guy. His chin was okay, not cast iron but not glass either.

30 pounds heavier than foreman ? , did you see my lists of weights? foreman weighed 232 pounds against denis and lewis weighed 235 against tucker, and he weighed 221 against weaver ... in his 20s foreman had the same weight in less height, so he was more compact, lewis weighed 240 pounds in his 30s because he trained weights, we never saw foreman 80-85 in his early 30s, foreman in his return was stronger and heavier than lewis, little kid...:lol:what a stupid argument (jimmy young). the heaviest young foreman in his 20s weighed 232 pounds n the 70s, other training, other nutrition..., the heaviest young lewis in his 20s weighed 235 pounds IN THE 90s, and he was taller, foreman was more compact.. the heaviest foreman weighed 260 pounds in less height, the heaviest lewis weighed 257 pounds. 30 pounds heavier.... what ignorant.. hahaha you are from the general forum for sure....

Lewis may be a more rounded fighter than Foreman but he never did anything to demonstrate that he was stronger, nothing whatsoever. 25 lb, two inches is of zero consequence, even though it wasn't the case. You could take young foreman and put him against older fatter Lewis and Lewis would be the one going backwards. Foreman is just naturally stronger, he also has a better chin and better power. Lewis was more technical, faster and a more cerebral fighter.

    this:thumbsup

ali was much heavier than marciano and still rocky was stronger.... george foreman was naturally stronger than lennox lewis and lewis would be the one going backwards against foreman, you are absolutely right.(and lewis was not 30 pounds heavier than foreman like this kid said lmao)

Lewis got bulled around by Mercer, so Foreman could do it. Anyway, Ali was a master of tieing people up, and for the majority of the fight Foreman was already mad tired but early on Ali didn't tie up Foreman

Well then let's flip this around and you can show me some kind of proof that Foreman is stronger. Certainly the Ring magazine article I've quoted from believes Lewis to be the stronger of the two, what's your proof that he's not. I'm not talking punching power, although that may play into it, I'm talking about actual strength. Many fighters, some close to super heavyweights expressed their surprise about the physical strength of Lewis when they fought.

everyone who fought foreman were surprised by his brutal strength.

evander holyfield said that foreman was stronger and harder puncher than lewis, bowe or tyson...

Yes Vitali said Lewis is the strongest fighter he has ever faced. Although other than Lewis he has never fought anyone close to Forman strength wise.
