Lennox Lewis: "One of the worst decisions I've ever seen"

Sturm didn't throw remotely enough and got completely outlanded and taken out of his gameplan. Terrible robbery.

 

Macklin 7-5 at worse. Coming forward, throwing more, landing more. Simple.

 

Close fight, that I would have just edged towards MAcklin for his greater work rate throughout the fight, more than strums better accuracy.

Having said that, not a clear robbery, but what is ****ed up is the fact 2 judges had the score 116-112 which is complete nonsense. Those corrupt ****s need hanging

 

You need to bring a sledgehammer and 2 by 4 to win in Germany

 

115-113 to Macklin is completely fine, closer than it honestly should be. 116-112 to Sturm is a travesty for boxing.

 

Sturm lost by a couple of rounds. It was a close fight though.

 

So 116-112 was a fair reflection of the fight was it? Don't tell people to 'grow up' because they call a patently obviously bad decision a 'robbery', if you don't complain about **** like that then it becomes uncontraversial and the norm.

 

Felix Sturm won a clear decision.

 

That decision sucked big time. Macklin won that fight going away. Sturm had his moments, but they were few and far between.

I hate watching fights out of Germany because of the bias judging. Looks like you have to KO the German fighter to walk out with a win.

Total bull**** decision.

 

Most of the time when half the fans say one guy won clearly, and the other half say it was a close fight that could have gone either way, the wrong guy won.

 

A terrific fight by both guys.I had Sturm up by one point at the end of the night.Good night for boxing.
ps-Lewis is an idiot in any event.

 

Would of been happy with a draw/SD Macklin .. kinda saw it coming though.

 

Sturm's record now in Germany is 32-1-1. You have to KO him to win; simple as that.

I had it Macklin by a round,lot of even rounds,but 116-112 Sturm is way off.
