It was a pretty close fight but Lewis deserved it, I had it 7-5 Lewis. HBO is dumb, but them saying it was a close fight is different than saying Holyfield won. Foreman is retarted, every time Evander threw a jab to the chest Foreman would interupt everyone and talk about how great and effective that punch was for the rest of the round.

    Foreman is funny.

We all know body punching is important, but Foreman probably over-emphasizes it as an excuse to his pitiful gameplan in Zaire.

Holyfield was bigger and physically stronger in the late 90s than he was when he was younger, and in his HW prime.

When Holyfield got older, he adapted well and improved in other areas.

He seemed physically stronger when he got older (and slower) than in earlier years.

He adapted well. He was too brawl-happy in his younger years. After being stopped by Bowe, he said he learned to control his aggression more, and you saw how often he clinched Tyson. He out-muscled Tyson in the clinches and pushed him around.

He bulked up for the Bowe rematch, but it was tough to see exactly how much stronger he was in that fight, because of his style. He still got into too many exchanges for his own good, but he fought smarter and was on his toes more, pumping the double jab, doing more in and out movement than the other 2 Bowe fights. It also helped that Bowe wasn't in the best of shape.

I'm sure Holyfield was stronger for that particular bout than his other fights around that period, as Holyfield doesn't exactly seem the type to carry around 10 pounds of flab and water, but it was just one fight in that period.
