The question might be if Lennox Lewis gets caught by a Suzi-Q by Rocky Marciano, regardless of weight, what might happen?. He is always vulnerable to a right hand, Hassim Rahman and Oliver McCall have already proved that, no lucky punch, twice?.

He has to reach his chin first.Marciano was dropped by a right from Moore and a left hook from Walcott, so he's vulnerable to both a left and a right? What happens when Lewis lands his right on Rocky?
The punches that ko'd Lewis would have done the same to Rocky and most everyone else imo,and he stopped them both in the rematches.Vitali couldn't drop him with his right ,and Marciano wouldn't imo.

His ko percentage is better because he was hitting smaller men most of which were not even modern cruisers, and in his major fights older ones. What proof is there he could ko a Ruddock,a Grant,aTyson ? Marciano has only one way to fight ,he must come forward and try to get inside, at range he gets beat up with the jab, once inside he is faced with bossing a man55lbs heavier, and a man in his prime, not one on the downside, having his last fight. Lewis is bigger, more skilled, stronger, and hits harder. This would be a painful mis- match.

No offense, but even though I don't claim to an expert of sorts about Rocky, I'd match my knowledge against yours anyday. All I ever see from your posts about Marciano is deluded hero worship which is sadly far to common around here.
If his defense was "far and away better than Holyfield's" he wouldn't have struggled nearly as much as he did against a shot Joe Louis. IN HIS OWN WORDS "I couldn't avoid his jabs. I just had to take them" (then again you also think Marciano dominated Louis despite Marciano admitting he struggled, waking up with a black eye, and down on the cards after 5 rounds so maybe bringing this up is pointless to you).

What does this even mean? How is one style "far and away better"? Each style has it's advantages and disadvantages. Foreman dominated Frazier. Do you think Ali would say "his style is far and away better than Frazier's"?
I don't know or care what "stats" tell me. I'd rather go off on film thank you very much. If you look at stats, less than half the men Marciano beat were actually coming off a win (and even some of those hadn't had even 6 pro fights)
Already went into Marciano's defense above
The discussion wasn't about Tua. It was about Marciano and Holyfield.
I agree here. What I don't agree with is you trying to make out Marciano to be this God as much of ESB does.

    By the way, you conveniently never answered my questions;

Does Rocky go the distance with Bowe 2X and win one?

Does Rocky go 11 with Tyson and knock him out?

That's one BIG if Richard. Marciano simply didn't have the size and height to be in a position to land a killer shot the likes of Rahman and McCall were able to even against a lesser prepared Lewis.

Lewis does not have a glass chin, that's a stupid myth similiar to the one that Tyson crumbled when he faced adversity or that Ali could not be KOd. It's all garbage spread by clueless people and utter morons.
The punches that Lewis got hit cleanly with would have taken out almost any HW.
Watch Lewis vs Mercer or Lewis vs Vitaly and tell me Lewis has a glass chin.
Lewis is too big, too strong and way too skilled for Marciano to stand a chance. Lewis by KO.

WRONG. ATG means he was great in his era, nothing more. Marciano stands no chance against the big super HW champs in the modern era.

Oh come on. This Rocky hate is getting ridiculous. Rocky can easily take Lewis

The answer to the question is who knows? I’d say he def could beat both. Especially Bowe. Tyson is not a good match for him imo but I could def see him outlasting him for a win. I already picked Lewis over Marciano...is that hero worship to you? And you obviously can’t break film down otherwise you’d be able to see what I’m telling you. So if you don’t believe in stats and can’t actually break down film there’s not much I can do for you. The only argument you have is “hero worship”. I’m going to give you some stats even if you don’t want to beat them (maybe it’s you who is a hero worshiper?).

    Opponents total connect percentage
    Marciano 24.5 percent
    Holyfield 41 percent

opponents total punches landed per round
    Marciano 10.1
    Holyfield 18.7

I wonder who got hit w more jabs?

total punches landed per round (offense now)
    Marciano 18
    Holyfield 16.9

    Total punches thrown per round
    Marciano 48.7
    Holyfield 40.2

    talk about science deniers.

Want to compare the age and size of the guys Holyfield was fighting to Rocky's? Or do you consider that irrelevant?
