    12 rounds. 22 x 22 ring

I've seen this argued both ways. The split seems to be with those who were watching boxing in the 1970's as adults vs those who started watching boxing as an adult in the 1990's. Not sure how the Millennial's view it.

    So who takes it?

Lewis has to avoid a firefight, here. I think he could hold up in a slugfest with Foreman, but it's a needless roll of the dice and I doubt Lewis going to take Big George lightly.

Fit and focused, Lewis has the power to keep Foreman honest and he has more than enough defensive ability to keep out of trouble. It's a tough fight though. Both Fighters will have to work hard for the victory and need to be at their near-best to have a chance.

I'd bet on Lewis and probably be getting a good price, as I could see George attracting a lot of early money.

That would have been a bad day for George.

A dangerous fight for both. Wonder how Lenny would play it .Try going on the attack or try the defensive long game? George would play it his normal way but would that result in Lennox being caught and hurt early or does Foreman maybe get tagged walking in and shook to his boots?
I'd like to see Lennox play it safe early, cover up ,use his jab ,,let Foreman blast a lot of energy off ,then introduce his own ko potion in there. To prove a point he can throw dynamite himself. If Lewis can achieve this then he comes on stronger around mid fight and attack s him ,then we see the unfamiliar sight of GF out on the floor.

But it could all end very quickly for Lennox if he attempt s taking him out fast, George would win in a fresh battle shoot out I believe. Anyway I'll predict Lennox plays it cool and stops a fatigued Foreman in the ninth .

No way on earth George would be stupid or greedy enough to take that fight.

I think the Lyle vs Foreman fight showed us the best and worst of Foreman, and Lyle though very good isn't quite in Lewis class.

IMO, Lewis is more skilled, hits harder and is smarter in comparison to Lyle.

The first three rounds would have fans on the edge of their seats, but barring an early stoppage, either way, I'll go with Lewis via TKO in the later rounds up on points.

Foreman was just too easy of a target and would be the smaller man in this fight. You could say if Lewis gets into round six, the fight is his, and I'm not sure how many hard rights Foreman could take from Lewis. Foreman could ax Lewis early too, ( with just one or two big shots ) but I think the way Lewis would approach this one would limit the chance of that happening.

Well you said and i quote -

"ruddock got stopped by every big puncher that he fought"

Ruddock and his power were anything but "a joke". Guy was dangerous as.

This is pretty much the situation in a nutshell. It may be a series of fights. I will say that if Lennox respected his opponent and was focused he seemed to take a better shot.

The nights he was cold were against guys he wasnt up for. He didnt respect McCall or Rahman. That wouldnt be the case with Foreman.

Lewis was strange . Against dangerous opponents like Ruddock, Golota, Morrison, Grant, and Tua, he closed the show early or boxed a masterpiece. Against a complete unknown like Mavrovic, he struggled and went the distance. For Foreman, he would definitely be focused.
But Foreman could be the same way, he crushed Frazier and Norton, 2 guys that whipped Ali, but lost to Ali, and was floored by featherfisted Jimmy Young. Against the powerpunching C00ney he was awesome, but couldn't lost to Morrison and Briggs, who were ko'd by Michael Bennt and Darroll Wilson respectively. Also he took a lot of punishment against Alex Stewart and Axel Schultz. I go with Lewis 75/25 just because he was a bit more consistent, and he avenged his losses and draw on his record.
