how dare you question Jeffries talent MDWC, didn't you know Jeffries once carried a moose on his back and sprinted 9 miles home?

I believe it was a deer. Unless the story has changed over time.

It was a moose and a deer. One over each shoulder.

Oh yeah, that must have been it.

Come to think of it, I think he carried his hunting buddies back to camp as well.

I think he carried Johnson for 15 rounds, until Jack just got lucky.

A prime Dempsey would do serious damage.

    Lewis was a bit crap.

Of course he was crap. In fact you're being kind. Lewis totally sucked. How dare anyone call this guy an all time great. Beating 20+ ranked opponents in 40+ fights, is such a weak legacy that I don't even want to get into it. Avenging both of two losses, means nothing when we consider who he lost to. Being a two time olympic medalist? What the hell kind of accomplishment is that? Beating pussies like Tua, Ruddock, Klitschko, Morrison, Mason, Golata, Holyfield, Briggs? Who were those bums?

It was a caterpillar, then became a rooster, then a moose, then a deer, it'll be a mammoth by 2015.

I personaly tend to think of Lewis's chin as something of a non factor in fantasy match ups.

Sure it let him down a couple of times but 9 times out of 10 it wont. You certainly couldnt rely on it.

The one place it might be a factor is against a puncher who was a master at setting up shots. Where Ramhan got lucky and caught Lewis with a punch he didnt see coming, sombody like Sam Langford might arrange for him to get hit with a punch he didnt see coming.

Dempsey is a good candidate to set such a trap and it is certainly one possible outcome.

People laugh at the deer story but it is fairly reliably documented. I understand that a party of journalists was present.

We have all seen the picture of George Foreman carrying a cow.
