I see a fight where Lewis, seeing that he can land at virtually any time with anything, with little to fear in return, really opens up in the 8th round, disregarding anything that Cobb can hit him with in return, Lewis traps Cobb in a corner, and fires away, landing bomb after bomb, with Cobb eventually sinking to his haunches in that corner, the referee waving it over.

Tex wasn't really a bleeder, and immensely strong. (Holmes famously said that while Shavers was the hardest puncher he fought, Randy was the strongest opponent physically. Larry missed out on the opportunity to experience Foreman's strength relative to Cobb's though.) No, Lennox does not stop Tex, who also stood up to huge body shots from Shavers. But he should outbox Cobb easily. Randy's best punch was probably his slowish but heavy jab, nothing remotely sufficient to let him prevail here.
