Count me firmly in the camp that believes Lewis would win. He could win either by fighting a similar fight to that of Tyson, with massive uppercuts, using his strength and size to wear the Rock out, or buy using the strategy against Tua, either way he wins. Given the size difference, I don't even think Rocky has even a punchers chance. Tua and Tyson and a host of other big punchers never managed to hurt Lewis, and with the McCall fight, Lewis was trying to throw his own punch at the same time, so he wasn't expecting to get hit. I suppose it's possible that Maciano could find himself in the same circumstance, but it's unlikely.

I think this one would be pretty interesting while it lasted.

Anyone betting on Rocky though, would lose their money more times than not. Lewis by stopppage is the most likely outcome.

Excuses, excuses. Lewis is still the ONLY top level HW champ to have been KO'd twice in the early rounds by ordinary fighters when he held the title - the ONLY one. :yep

He's also the only Heavyweight champ to beat every fighter he ever faced......ever. Marciano doesn't count, I said "Heavyweight" :yep

Lennox would batter Marciano purely because of his dimensions..

The size of Lennox would be the decisive factor.. His chin has fallen short at times but you have to get past the Jab to check that chin.. Rocky will have never faced such a tough task.... Plus many thought he feared the huge Cuban NINO VALDEZ .. Nino was huge in those times but would just be a big heavy today.. Not a Superheavy by any means..

Tua came in fat and out of shape, plus, after he got tagged once in first round he spent rest of fight just going through the motions. He sucked, and can't in any way compare to Marciano--or anyone else who gave good efforts in title bouts.

Also, Marciano is an inch and a half talller than two-ton tua, for you height freaks.

Also, if that height and weight is such a big factor--Valuev ko Lewis???

Marciano was GREAT for his era, but Lewis would completely maul him. It would be a one sided, bloody beating. Marciano would have a hard time landing anything, but would be eating huge shots for as long as it lasts.

Lewis by ko in 8 rounds or less

There are people who would have you beleve that after 11 or 14 rounds of the worst beating endured by any humanbeing Marciano would land one big shot and knock Lewis out.
Lewis would win by 7-9 round stopage.

    Lennox Lewis KO6-8

He would be able to keep him Marciano off with his great combination of his huge reach advantage and great power. Lewis would also lean on Rocky when he got inside and the extra 50lbs he would have would realy take its toll. He would keep rocky at length and after Lennox found his range he would systematically take the Rock apart!

Tua and Marciano are the same height, and Tua also has alot bigger frame. Also Lewis beat Tua easily.

Height is only an advantage if u can still move to use it. Lewis can Valuev cannot!

I think the fight would probably resemble Foreman Vs. Frazier (Lewis playing the Foreman role).
