Lewis would stop him inside 4 rounds.

Opinion. Prime Lewis got KTFO by Rahman. He got stopped by McCall. These are just facts.
I think the extra weight helped Lewis absorb the punishment better.
I think Lewis would have been super overconfident in his prime and that he'd have been clocked.

That is not opinion, Sanders for one didn't tag Vitali up like Lewis did. Lewis gave him 4 large gashes. No "luck there". The extra weight giving him better punch resistance theory does not work. That may work sometimes but not always. Why ? Because Lewis was over 253 pounds against Rahman and the first fight and that huge amount of mass did not stop him from getting brutally knocked out. Lewis then to cut his weight down to 246 pounds and proceeded to lay Rahman out.

What is an opinion is that you think Lewis WOULD be overconfident against Klitschko. Why ? Yes he's gotten overconfident before but 9 out of 10 times he's in the zone so it would be more logical to say Lewis would more than likely take Vitali seriously.

I would look exactly like Bowe vs Jorge Louis Gonzalez.

Vitali has no defense against men his own size.

Vitali did indeed go after Sanders and got countered early on. Probably the biggest punch Vitali ever took. After that he took a safety first approach. Against Lewis he was drumming Lewis like a bongo. Obviously lewis didn't have the power to dissuade him from boring in.
Lewis came in even heavier against Vitali and took the punches better,

    I disagree.

Yet he never did anything to Lewis except stun him ONCE. Wheras Lewis caved his face in on 4 different parts of his face including the lip

Why did Vitali let Lewis punch on him like that lol Jesus i see why the fight was stopped. His eyelid would have fallen off.

Lewis came in 3 pounds heavier bruh, hardly a difference. He was over his normal weight for both fights anyway

Clearly once his vision was affected it became difficult to block the shots. And those extra pounds mean a lot when you are talking about old man strength and aging like fine wine :deal:

IMHO, Lewis finds a way to stop Vitali, or, failing that, wins a Unanimous Decision.

And it was difficult for Lewis to perform at the top of his game because he was overweight and old whats your point

No he didn't he looked like trash. As soon as round 1 started Lewis wasn't his usual self. Against a 6'5+ fighter he pressed the action, in that round Lewis tried to fight a range fight which is unusual against a tall fighter. Uncoordinated as well and looked sluggish. Even the commentators saw this

Was not Lewis at a career high weight and approaching 38 years old? Do not forget that Rahman was able to stop a younger and lighter Lewis ! Vitali could not do it
