He didn't get lucky with a cut, how does your gloves luckily cut your opponent. he was out of shape and on the slide and still managed to pull through against a HOFer HW in Vitali.

And I never said he wasn't but the Lewis era is vastly overated outside of Lewis, Holyfield and Bowe (excluding both Klits who was at the tail end of the era imo).

From when Lewis was a recognised champion he faced Mavrovic, Grant, Akinwande, Briggs, Botha.... now honestly how is that a murderers row?

Wladimir changed his style and was far to elusive. See Glav you have to make up crap to prove a point, you know fine well Wladimir improved his defence since he lost to Sanders, yet you have to use the old version of Wladimir to try, and fail to prove a point. You a joke and you know it.

Lewis realised he could not outbox Vitali, and it can clearly be seen on film Lewis using the lace of his glove to make the cut worse in the clinch. Lewis knew he could not outbox Vitali fair and square, that is why he pulled out and ducked Vitali in the rematch.

What are you talking about did Wlad avenge all of his losses? Lewis realised he was no longer in his prime and did what all smart fighters do retire. It doesn't take balls to keep fighting when you should hang them up, it's usually broke fighters who do that or guys who can't step away from the fame.

Exactly. These idiots like dildovelvet just REACH and make up crap to try and discredit both Klitschkos. But numbers and facts don't lie and deep down that bothers them. Good :)

Lewis avoided the Vitali rematch even when EVERYBODY accept Lewis fanboys wanted to see it. Even Manny Steward said Lewis should do it because it would effect his legacy if he didn't. Bottom line. Lewis felt a stronger fighter who he couldn't get out of there with the best uppercuts he ever threw in his life. And Lennox also knew he was in serious trouble going into round 7 after blowing his stack.

Purrity refused to rematch Wladimir flat out. I will find the news clip if you don't believe me. The WBO ordered Sanders to rematch Wladimir, or he will be stripped, guess what he was stripped. Fury flat out ducked Wladimir as well. They knew there was a very good chance they would lose the rematch and ducked him.m

Wlad fought unranked bums when Tua was a viable option in the top 10 IBF rankings.
He chose to fight Moli , Castillo and Nickelson instead. Why did he fight bums instead of top ranked noteworthy Tua?

He still has not showed he reacts to punchers well...we all see this in the Peters fights BOTH fights. He didnt react well with punches from Fury or Pulev at times either. Hes still dangerous ,however when using Lewis one has to assume hes going to get hit and by a far BETTER finisher. Wlad is not a great finisher. Your lack of boxing intelligence is clear here, you have to STILL look at how he reacts to punches throughout his career, this point alone would give Lewis the edge here, and assume who is going to implement shots better.

Heres another level of dimension in this ACTUAl match dummy.....Wlad WONT win without Steward at the very least his chances become slimmer and Lewis WITh Steward is then at an advantage since BOTH excelled with him...THINK about that one !

It's the fact they have to make **** up, or try and use the old version of Wladimir instead of the one that dominated for 10 years, against BETTER opponents.

He got lucky with the severity of the cut. Not the fact that he landed the punch. After trying his absolute best in the 6th to get Vitali out of there and then practically falling onto his stool... Lewis was no doubt lucky that 7th round bell didn't ring. Lol
