Because Foreman was a better fighter and took a better shot that's why!

I wasn't a huge Lennox Lewis fan while he was an active boxer, but I respected the hell out of him. Now that he is retired, I really miss watching him fight and respect him even more. With that said, Lewis was never afraid of any man!

Sure, he had a genuine concern, as any fighter should when facing a dangerous fighter. Tyson was and is a crazy MOFO very capable of hurting any man.

I won't stone you, I even see your point... I agree that Lewis had something to be worried about, but I wouldn't call it fear.

Razor Ruddock knocked the **** out of Bonecrusher Smith (KO7) and Michael Dokes(KO4). Both were still decent but past their very best days as boxers. Dokes went on to get stopped in 1 round by Bowe. Smith went on a winning streak vs. some lower level fighters until he became a trial horse.

He was Mike Tyson's punching bag in 2 fights but gained much respect for lasting the distance in their rematch despite 2 knockdowns and a broke jaw. Their first fight was stopped too early but Tyson did hurt Ruddock (TKO7)... this set up the rematch. Ruddock did land some good shots on Tyson, I'll give credit where it is due.

What else did Ruddock do? Get the **** beat out of him by Lewis (KO2)? Give Morrison a tough fight before getting stopped in the 6th (I thought the past prime Ruddock was going to pull it off though)?

It was supposed to be like this

Ruddock vs. Lewis, October 31, 1992

-with the winner to face the winner of...

Holyfield vs. Bowe, November 8, 1992

Lewis crushed Ruddock, Bowe beat Holyfield by decision, Bowe refused to fight Lewis, and Ruddock didn't do much afterward.

Lewis was proclaimed the WBC Champ for doing his part.

Let's not forget that an old and past it Smith dropped Ruddock badly and should have got him out of there.

Ruddock had the funniest reactions when getting dropped, like all his body was paralysed for a split second then all of a sudden it would come back to him.

True, Bonecrusher looked pretty good in that fight early on.
